Standard Courier Delivery
Freight Delivery (applicable for bulk or larger orders)
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe handling and timely delivery of all orders.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days across India.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS, along with tracking details, once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location:
₹50 to ₹250 (Pan India, depending on weight and location)
The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment
We aim to keep shipping costs affordable while ensuring careful packaging and handling.
Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to most cities, towns, and select rural areas across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a full refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to accept delivery:
The order may be subject to a restocking fee
Shipping charges will not be refunded
Lost or Stolen Packages
Binndi Incense is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received the package, we recommend:
Checking with neighbors or building security
Contacting the courier directly
Please inform us so we can assist with follow-up where possible.
Return Request Window
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery, and approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days.
Please note:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered
