At Binndi Incense, every product is carefully crafted, packed, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if there’s a genuine issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

Eligible Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

2. Damaged Product Upon Delivery
If the incense or packaging arrives damaged due to handling or transit.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order and share:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images or videos of the product and outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will notify you and request the product to be shipped back to us within 14 days. In case of an exchange, the correct product will be dispatched after we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Minor fragrance perception differences, as scent can be subjective and vary based on environment or personal sensitivity

  • Slight packaging variations due to batch updates

  • Change of mind or personal preference after delivery

  • Used, partially burned, or tampered incense sticks

  • Products not returned in original packaging

Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition for any approved return or exchange.

Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI, card, or net banking).

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account once processed.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect or damaged delivery.

Exchange Process

For approved exchanges, we will:

  • Dispatch the replacement product after receiving the returned item

  • Cover reshipping costs in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery

We recommend securely packing the product to avoid damage during return transit.

Return Shipping Instructions

Once your return request is approved, we will share the return address and instructions.

  • Returned items must be sent via a trackable courier service

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
